Livable is looking for one or more suitable temporary tenants for our properties located in Hilvarenbeek. These will be rented out temporarily with a minimum term of 6 months.

Surroundings:
the property is located near the highway with ample parking facilities. Furthermore, the center of Tilburg is nearby and there are many diverse amenities in the vicinity. For example, there is a bus stop, park, and supermarket in the immediate area.

Conditions
To be eligible for the property:

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Demonstrable stable income (salary, student finance);

• Your gross annual income on the income statement (IBRI) may not exceed €27,209 (2024) or €28,334 (2025) for a single-person household and not exceed €36,950 (2024) or €38,478 (2025) for a two-person household.

• Be insured for liability;

• Reside legally in the Netherlands and any residence permit must be valid for at least three more years;

• Be flexible, presentable, and have a sense of responsibility;

• Provide a fallback address if the tenancy ends;

• Sufficient command of the Dutch language;

• No pets;

• No minor children living in the household.

• Due to the temporary nature of the occupancy, we unfortunately cannot accommodate families with children.
