Property description

The classic front door opens into the hallway, which features the meter cupboard and a coat rack. Adjacent to the hallway is the toilet with washbasin, where the washing machine is also located.

The kitchen, living room and workspace are combined in one open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. French doors open onto the private rear garden.

Location & parking

The Oude Morsch neighbourhood is accessible by car via the bridge near the Morspoort. As this is the only access route into the neighbourhood, there is very little through traffic. The road is mainly used by local and destination traffic.

Parking is available in the neighbourhood for permit holders. Visitors can be registered temporarily by residents. Alternatively, parking is available at Morspoort car park, located less than a 3-minute walk from the property.
