Welcome to The Steps, a modern new construction project on Karel Doormanlaan in Rijswijk. Within this project, comfortable and sustainable rental apartments are being realized with great attention paid to living comfort, energy efficiency, and high-quality finishing.

The apartments are delivered unfurnished and feature a modern PVC floor with a wood look. Window coverings are also installed, with blackout curtains in the bedrooms and sheer curtains in the living room. This provides the home with a neat and well-maintained foundation right from handover.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes various modern built-in appliances, such as an induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, combination microwave/oven, and dishwasher. The sanitary facilities are also fully finished and match the modern appearance of the apartments.

In addition to the high-quality finishing, much attention has been paid to sustainable and comfortable living. The complex is completely gas-free, and the apartments are heated by an air/water heat pump. Underfloor heating is present throughout the entire apartment. Furthermore, the homes are equipped with a heat recovery ventilation system, which ventilates the home in an energy-efficient manner.

Each apartment comes with its own storage room in the parking basement. The apartment complex also features a modern intercom system and elevator. Parking facilities are available under and around the complex, and charging facilities for electric vehicles are being realized.
