In Parktuin, you live in a comfortable new-build home within the mid-rental segment. To be eligible, both minimum and maximum income conditions apply.
For the minimum income, we look at the monthly rent. To be eligible for a home in Parktuin, an income requirement of 3.5 to 4 times the monthly rent applies. In addition, for 2026, a maximum gross annual income of € 92,767 applies for a single-person household and € 102,438 for a multi-person household.
