SELECTION PROCEDURE

Rotsvast will determine which candidates are invited based on the order of received emails. Given the expected high level of interest, not all applicants can be invited. Your email must include at least the following information:

  • Gross annual income of tenant(s)

Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.
Invitations for viewings will be issued in order of receipt. Please note: full = full.

After the viewing, candidates will be screened for income and reliability using various (public) registers. The tenant must successfully complete this screening with a 5-star rating, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The final decision to rent the property lies entirely with the owner. If multiple candidates successfully complete the screening, the decision will be based on income, screening results, and personal circumstances. Tenants may explain their personal situation during the screening process.

Candidates who are not selected after screening have the right to request further explanation and may review their screening report.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
