We have been active as real estate agents in Amsterdam and surroundings since 1990 and from 1996 to 2017 we have had an office at the cozy Van Woustraat in De Pijp. Since the beginning of 2017 we have moved to the beautiful old south, near the Roelof Hartplein. We work in a versatile and professional manner as a buying or selling broker, auction broker, appraiser and advisor, and rental.

What we have built up together we try to share with you in your search for a new home or a buyer. With our knowledge of the market, our involvement with you as a customer, our enthusiasm, but also our Amsterdam sobriety, we guide you throughout the buying or selling process.

We are small-scale and therefore flexible, with a small personal occupation and we see it as a real profession!

We are an NVM member, affiliated with the Makelaars Vereniging Amsterdam, certified according to the requirements and carry out various types of appraisals.
