Letting + Property Management

For letting in combination with property management, we charge 8% excl. VAT of the monthly rent.

Our services include, among other things:

professional presentation of the property;
photography and online advertising;
handling enquiries and conducting viewings;
screening and selecting prospective tenants;
preparing the tenancy agreement;
initial inspection and key handover;
rent collection;
communication with tenants;
periodic inspections;
technical management and coordination of maintenance.

No tenant = no management fee.

That is possible as well.

For a complete letting assignment, we charge one month’s rent including VAT. Our service is provided on a no-cure-no-pay basis: you only pay the fee once a suitable tenant has been found and the letting has successfully been completed.

Letting within the Current Regulatory Framework

The possibilities for letting a residential property are increasingly determined by the Dutch Housing Valuation System (WWS), the energy label and the specific characteristics of the property.

We therefore consider not only the desired rental price, but also the legal and practical feasibility of letting the property.

Where necessary, we can also assist with:

indicative WWS point assessments;
sustainability improvements;
WWS point optimisation;
coordination of renovations and property improvements.
