We are a personal estate agency with a permanent team, working in Amsterdam, Amstelveen and Diemen. From the first conversation to the key handover, you have one dedicated agent, who also lists your home on funda personally. Micha has been an estate agent since 2008 and, together with Erik and Lisa, handles sales, purchases and rentals. Hadewij runs the back office and takes the photos.

Selling: 1% of the sale price, including VAT, for all our work. There are no start-up costs, and you only pay once your home has been sold. You choose and pay for the funda package yourself. For our fee you get, among other things, professional photos by our own photographer, a video and 3D tour, a floor plan with a measurement report, an advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram, an online viewing calendar and personal guidance at every viewing.

Buying: from €3,500, including VAT, for homes up to €1 million, with no limit on the number of offers. We help assess the structural condition, do the legal checks up front and negotiate on your behalf. We arrange mortgage advice through our regular partner.

Renting out: one month's rent, including VAT.
