We carefully screen all potential tenants and prepare a thorough walkthrough with a complete inventory list during the handover of the keys to ensure there are no surprises.

During the rental period we can also take all the worries off your hands with our full management package that includes financial management, maintenance, and a team who are available 24/7 in case of emergencies for you and/or your tenant.
