BVL Makelaars is your trusted real estate agency with more than 50 years of experience in a continuously changing market. Our company is creative, modern and innovative, but always maintains the core values ​​of helpfulness and long-term relationship building.

The company was founded in 1972 by Huub van Leeuwen, after which Peter Burger became a partner in 1987 and BurgerVanLeeuwen Makelaars was created. After Huub van Leeuwen retired, Ted Luijk became a partner and in 2015 Mark Jonkman joined the team.

Melissa van Weers is the most recent acquisition and specializes in, among other things, supervising the purchase and rental as well as management.

After working in the “Garantiemakelaars” network for more than 20 years, we are ready for renewal from 2023 with full conviction – and now with more control and lead. A new, fresh and modern identity, that is BVL Makelaars!
