For both investors and housing corporations, but also for people who want to let their house that is for sale via bridging rental on the basis of the Empty Homes Act. Because of our national coverage 123Wonen can be of service to you in renting or letting one or more houses throughout the Netherlands.

We provide both temporary rental of housing and rental of housing for an indefinite period. You can opt for basic rent, furnished rent or unfurnished rent. As a landlord, you will always get a tenant who has been extensively screened by means of a background check, several credit checks and an identity check to prevent housing fraud. For tenants, it is important that we assist them in finding their dream home.

Apart from letting, we also assist several (international) companies and clients in the region with Relocation or exclusive search assignments for professionals!
