Covers Wonen

Arthur has specialized in the rental and management of homes in the more luxurious segment since 2001 with his company Covers Housing.

Since 2016 we started with Covers Wonen; a real estate agency where all available experience and the network that has been built up are used to help our clients with the purchase and sale and the purchase and rental of homes in the city center of Utrecht and the surrounding places such as De Bilt, Bilthoven, Bosch en Duin en Zeist .

Since mid-2022, Covers & Jonker Makelaars has been transformed into Covers Wonen Makelaars. The team will be further expanded with this change.

Covers Housing, the sister of Covers Wonen, also still takes care of the management tasks that we perform with the office.

Covers Wonen is located in a monumental building at Nieuwegracht 26 in the heart of the Utrecht Museum Quarter. With an enthusiastic and experienced team, we are ready to guide you as best as possible with the purchase, sale and rental of a home.
