Burgemeester Vastgoed is an independent, family-run real estate agency that guides expats and Dutch clients through buying and selling homes in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Aalsmeer and Hoofddorp. Barry Burgemeester is a certified buying and selling agent and has worked in Amsterdam real estate since 2000.

For sellers, we provide pricing advice, sales strategy, professional presentation, marketing, viewings, negotiation and guidance through to the final transfer at the notary.

For buyers, we provide complete guidance, including property selection, viewings, bidding strategy, negotiation and checks covering the VvE, leasehold, foundation risk and legal documents.

Burgemeester Vastgoed works personally, independently and with clear agreements. Buying guidance is provided on a no cure, no pay basis. We never represent competing buyers within the same search area and budget.
