Rotsvast (“Rotterdams Vastgoed”) began operations in 1989 from a small office in Rotterdam. Within 37 years, Rotsvast has grown into a nationwide organisation with around 24 branches throughout the Netherlands.
Rotsvast is the largest chain of estate agents specialising in the letting, tenancy and management of properties, and is still growing! In order to meet our clients’ needs and serve them even better, our services have been expanded to include the buying and selling of homes and investment properties. We started out as a letting agency but have since grown into a fully-fledged, full-service estate agency.

Initially operating from the office on Groot Hertoginnelaan and now from the office on Anna Paulownastraat in The Hague, the branch focuses on the housing market in the Haaglanden region. In addition to the city of The Hague, our catchment area also includes surrounding towns such as Leidschendam, Voorburg, Voorschoten, Wassenaar, Scheveningen, Kijkduin, Naaldwijk, Monster, Poeldijk, ‘s Gravenzande and Wateringen. Since early 2014, the Leiden region, including the entire Bollenstreek, has also fallen under the remit of our office in The Hague.

As specialists in letting agency services, we provide swift and efficient advice and assistance in letting your property or properties and/or commercial premises. We also offer property management services for your home or homes and/or commercial premises.

Property sales and purchases;
In order to meet our clients’ needs and serve them even better, we have expanded our services to include the purchase and sale of residential and investment properties. As a certified estate agent, Rotsvast Den Haag is a member of the trade association Vastgoed Nederland and therefore also has access to Funda. By broadening its range of services, Rotsvast Den Haag can optimally coordinate the purchase, sale, letting and property management of your properties.
