Interhouse, with twelve offices in the Netherlands, is combining all its disciplines under a single logo. The Haarlem office serves the entire Kennemerland region for residential and commercial real estate, but also the Bollenstreek and Rijnland region, up to Leiden, for commercial real estate alone. From Haarlem, the office will actively work for entrepreneurs and property owners who are located in this region, or who want to establish themselves there. The slogan deliberately has a dual meaning: it addresses what motivates an owner to rent, sell, or expand, and the literal process of moving, renovating, and making things more sustainable. "Real estate is actually always in motion. We want to discuss the 'why' behind that movement. What do you want with your property or portfolio in five or ten years? We tailor our advice accordingly." This long-term approach aligns with the firm's history. "While many agents focus primarily on today's deal, we, from a management perspective, look at rentals and sales. How does a property remain attractive and manageable in the future?" The company recently moved from a historic building in the city center to its Kennemerplein office. The train station is just around the corner, there's ample parking, and a dedicated meeting room for client meetings.
