We proudly present our residential complex Camelot Campus 030 in Utrecht. 250 brand new upholstered and furnished studios located in Utrecht!

PLEASE NOTE:

From the end of November, these studios are only available for foreign students/ expats and Dutch students who are not from Utrecht. These contracts will have a fixed period of 6 to 9 months. The basic rent in this period is € 596.

From January we can also offer studios to all other residents. These contracts will have a period of indefinite duration. The basic rent from January on is from € 705.

General:
Good news for those looking for housing in Utrecht. Camelot Europe manages 250 beautiful studios near the centre of Utrecht! All accommodation units have their own bathroom and kitchen and are between 23 m² and 60 m² in size. Curious? Have a look with our colleague Mardjan who will give you a guided tour in the model studio. This video can be found underneath the pictures.

The location:
The studios are located in the Leidsche Rijn. There is a new train station next to the building from which you are at Utrecht Central Station within 4 minutes. On the other side of the track is a modern shopping centre. Here you will find stores such as Starbucks, Kruidvat, ONLY and HEMA and also some nice restaurants. You cycle within 10 minutes to the center of Utrecht and within about 20 minutes to the University of Utrecht. For a gym you do not have to look far, it is also in the neighbourhood. Feel like dancing? The nightlife is within cycling distance!

The building:
The campus has its own covered bicycle parking, parking garage and laundry room. In the middle of the building is a beautiful garden, especially for the residents. The perfect location to get to know your neighbours better!

The living area:
The studios are brand new! The fully furnished and upholstered studios have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a kitchen with a fridge, combi-oven, sink, stove and enough kitchen cupboards. There is a lovely 140 cm wide bed in the studio and also a desk with comfortable chair, ideal for studying!

Rental costs (from January 2019):

- Basic rent: from € 705.00

- Advance payment of service costs: € 75, - euro

- Advance furniture / upholstery costs: from € 82.00

- Service subscription (help with minor repairs) € 7.95 p / m.

The one-off costs are:

- Various start-up costs € 205.00

- Professional cleaning / final cleaning studio € 100, -

- Deposit: € 1,000, -
