The company was founded in 1984 and specializes in the development, management, and sale of residential properties.
Since 1992, a residential complex has also been managed/rented out with extra comfort due to multiple showers and toilets plus additional sinks for doing the dishes.
Location Amsterdam-Rivierenbuurt - near the Amstelkade and Amstel River. Adjacent to the De Pijp district.

All apartments have more than +200 points under the Housing Valuation System and a liberalized rental price.

The 2, 3, and 4-room apartments have multiple bathrooms and additional sinks.
Furnishing:
The homes are fully furnished with all washing, drying, cooking, and cleaning equipment.
Most rooms are furnished with a bed frame without a mattress ( mattress upon request ).
The furnishing is second-hand and is provided free of charge on loan. Maintenance / replacement / storage and transport are at the tenants’ expense.
Furnishing includes sofa, table, chairs, wardrobes, light fixtures, laminate flooring, curtains or blinds, refrigerator.
Criteria:
No students, no temporary employment contracts, no interns. Not younger than 24 years old and no smoking, no vaping, no pets.
Job security for the next 24 months and a NET salary of € 5,600.00 or two tenants € 2,800.00 per person.
Security deposit twice the gross rental price.
Who can live here:
The homes are intended for one household, maximum two tenants. More than two tenants is not legally permitted.
Residence of a second household is only permitted if the main tenant and co-tenant and the resident comply with and do not violate the Municipality of Amsterdam regulations.
Rental conditions:

In the properties managed by us, short-term renting and subletting and operation as a B&B are not permitted.

You will receive additional information about the Amsterdam Housing Ordinance and Specific Rules for Home Sharing.
Two tenants are not permitted to divide a home so that each tenant uses a private toilet plus private shower/bath plus private cooking facilities.
This is legally prohibited. -
If the toilet room or the bathroom is occupied, the two tenants may use the 2nd or 3rd toilet and the additional shower in the other rooms.

The main tenant shares 1 common kitchen area with sink, gas cooktop, and washing machine with a maximum of 1 co-tenant.
Various rooms have an additional countertop with sink for washing dishes plus an extra refrigerator and cabinets for storing food, pans, and tableware.
Main tenant and co-tenant and resident may not use an additional countertop with additional sink for cooking with electrical appliances in a second room.
Preparing meals ( cooking ) is legally only permitted in one room. -
All residents are required to register in the Population Register and provide a copy to the landlord.
