The complex is located in Amsterdam's- De Omval. Inside the complex there are several rooms for student accommodation and it has a large entrance and parking area. Within minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam where you can find all facilities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Also, there are bus stops within walking distance and by using public transportation you can be at the central station or at the many high schools and university of Amsterdam within about 30 minutes.

The rooms, maximum habitable by one student, vary in size between 17 m² and 32 m² and all have a neat finish. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared by about five co-tenants, all rooms have their own sink with hot and cold water. There are several washers and dryers on each floor. As an extra service, each room has WIFI and a connection for cable television.

The rental price for a furnished room of 23 m² is € 666,- excluding advance payment G/W/L and service costs (of € 190,-) per month. Housing allowance is not possible. The deposit amounts twice the excl. monthy rent. The rental period is for a fixed term.
