About the property:

The house consists of several floors. The top floor, where the bedrooms are located, has been recently refurbished, while the lower floors are still partly under renovation.
The property is delivered fully furnished and offers a clean, functional living environment.
Please note: during the renovation period, some shared spaces may temporarily be used for the storage of materials. If needed, a suitable temporary arrangement will be discussed with the residents.

All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair.
