The room has a surface area of approximately 14 m2.

LAYOUT
The room has enough space for a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. The house is shared with 6 other residents. You will share the large 43 m² living room, the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, oven, sink with tap, gas stove, and plenty of workspace to prepare your meals. There are two shared bathrooms. The house also has a large roof terrace and a balcony directly opposite your room.

RENT & DEPOSIT
The basic rent is €550 per month, excluding utilities. The advance payment for utilities is €90. This makes a total rent of €640.
