Location:
The room is located in the Oranjebuurt, within walking distance of various shops, restaurants, and nightlife options. For daily groceries, you can go to the Plus supermarket around the corner. The public transport links are excellent, and within a few minutes, you can reach educational institutions such as the University of Groningen and Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Additionally, the Noorderplantsoen is within walking distance, ideal for relaxation.

Layout:
Upon entering the residence, you first enter the hallway, which provides access to the communal areas. The property has a shared bathroom and a balcony. The room has an area of 19m2 and is equipped with its own kitchenette. You will share the residence with two other housemates.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 2 is €620 per month, including an advance payment of €10 for water. The deposit is one month’s rent. (PLEASE NOTE: housing allowance is not possible for room rental) The room is rented without gas, water, electricity, internet, or television. This means that tenants are responsible for arranging and paying the service costs for gas, electricity, internet, television, etc.)

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The rental agreement will be for an indefinite period.
