The property is located in Vinkhuizen-Noord, near various amenities. In the immediate area there are several places to eat. For daily groceries, there is an Aldi, Lidl and Albert Heijn within walking distance. The city centre can be reached by bicycle within a few minutes. In addition, both the Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the University of Groningen are easily accessible by bicycle or public transport.

Layout:
The room is located on the first floor of the building and has an area of approximately 18 m². On the ground floor is the shared kitchen, which also provides access to the spacious back garden. On the first and second floors are the bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The communal areas are shared with four fellow residents.

Rent:
The rent for the room is €700,- excluding utilities.
The deposit is one month's rent.
Please note: it is not possible to apply for rent allowance (huurtoeslag) for room rentals.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-12-2026. The rental agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
