The Korrewegwijk is a cozy neighborhood, close to the Noorderplantsoen. A supermarket is just a stone's throw away. The city center with all amenities, including shops and restaurants, is a few minutes by bike.

Layout:
You enter the shared hallway, from which both the living room and bathroom are accessible. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The living room provides access to the kitchen and also to the spacious balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The common areas are shared with two other residents. The relevant room has an area of 11.12 m².

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €500,- exclusive per month. The deposit is one month's rent. PLEASE NOTE: it is not possible to apply for housing benefit for room rental.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
