The room is located in the East Indian Neighborhood. Within walking distance is the Floresplein, which houses an Albert Heijn, among others. The center of Groningen can be reached by bike in about ten minutes.

Layout:
Upon entering, you come into the hallway, which provides access to all rooms, the shared kitchen, the bathroom, and the toilet. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with three male housemates. The room is located on the second floor and has an area of approximately 11 m².

Rent:
The rent for the room is €585 per month, including an advance of €100 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV.
The deposit is one month’s rent.
Please note: it is not possible to apply for housing benefit for room rentals.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The tenancy agreement is for an indefinite period.
