Location:
In the immediate vicinity, various daily amenities are present, including an Albert Heijn and a HEMA for groceries and other daily necessities. The Paddepoel shopping center is also easily accessible and has all essential facilities, such as shops and supermarkets. Additionally, the Zernike Campus is easily reachable, making the location attractive for students. The city center of Groningen can also be reached by bike in about 10 minutes.

Layout:
Upon entering the residence, you first enter the hallway, which gives access to the common areas. The residence has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Room 1 is located on the ground floor and has an area of 16.6m2. Room 3 is on the first floor and has an area of 22.57m2. There is also a backyard available. You will share the residence with five other co-tenants.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 is €550 per month, excluding (photos 2-3)
The rent for room 3 is €610 per month, excluding (photos 4-5)
The deposit is equal to one month's rent. (NOTE: no rent allowance is possible for room rentals)

Availability and rental period:
The rooms are available immediately. The rental agreement will be for an indefinite period.
