Location:
The Korrewegwijk is a cozy neighborhood, close to the Noorderplantsoen. In the immediate vicinity, you can find a Jumbo supermarket for daily groceries. Additionally, the city center is just a 5-minute bike ride away, making shops, cafes, and restaurants easily accessible.

Layout:
Upon entering, you enter the shared hallway, which provides access to the shared living room. The hallway also contains a separate toilet. The living room is connected to the kitchen and provides access to the spacious back garden. The kitchen is equipped with a hood, induction cooktop, combi-oven, and refrigerator. The common areas are shared with two other residents. On the first floor, there is a bathroom and the respective rooms, each with an area of approximately 6 m².

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 3 is €340,- (excluding).
The rent for room 4 is €340,- (excluding).
The tenants are responsible for closing contracts for other utilities.
Note: it is not possible to apply for housing benefit for room rentals.
The deposit amounts to one month’s rent.

Availability and rental period:
The rooms are available immediately. The rental agreement will be made for a rental period of 1 year.
