The Zernike Campus is about a 10-minute bike ride away, and the University of Groningen is within walking distance.

Layout:
You enter the building through a shared entrance. The room is located on the second floor. The room has its own kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. The toilets and laundry room are shared with the other residents on each floor, which are cleaned weekly by a cleaning company. The complex has a shared bicycle storage, which is also shared with all residents.

Rent and deposit:
Kwinkenplein ******: € 816.11 per month, including a advance payment of €185 for gas, water, electricity and internet.
The deposit amounts to two months' net rent.
