You enter the building via a shared entrance. The room is located on the fourth floor. The room has its own kitchen and a bathroom with a sink. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, extractor hood, microwave oven, and a refrigerator. The three toilets and laundry room are shared with twelve housemates, which are cleaned weekly by a cleaning company. The complex has a shared bike storage room, which is shared with all residents. Additionally, there is a shed that you share with three housemates.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €664,00,- including an advance of €165,00,- for gas, water, electricity, internet, and television. The deposit amounts to one month's rent. Note: this room is not eligible for housing allowance.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The lease agreement is for an indefinite period.
