Location:
The room is located in the city center. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the Noorderplantsoen park, among other things, and Groningen's main train station is only a 5-minute bike ride away.
Layout:
Upon entering, you will find yourself in the common hall, to which all rooms are adjacent. Room 2 is approximately 30.62 m² and features a private kitchen equipped with an extractor hood, induction hob, refrigerator, and combination microwave. The bathroom and toilet are shared with three other housemates. Furthermore, there is also a spacious shared garden.
Rent and deposit:
The rent is €1094, including an advance payment of €125 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and television.
The deposit is one month's rent.
Please note: it is not possible to apply for housing benefit for room rentals.
