Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 4 (photos 2 to 5) is €625, including an advance of €75 for gas, water, and electricity.
The rent for room 5 (photos 6 to 8) is €550, including an advance of €75 for gas, water, and electricity. The security deposit is one month's rent. Note: for room rentals, it is not possible to apply for rental allowance.
