Location: The rooms are located in the Oud-Zuid neighborhood of Groningen. In the immediate vicinity, there is a Plus supermarket, and the center of Groningen is just a five-minute bike ride away.

Layout: The rooms are situated on the second and third floors of the building. Upon entering, you find yourself in the hallway, which gives access to three bedrooms, the communal kitchen, and the bathroom. On the third floor, there are the remaining three bedrooms. Each bedroom features its own kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, extractor hood, and combination oven. Finally, the property has a shared balcony.

Rent and deposit: A total of 6 rooms will become available; the remaining 2 rooms will be added later. The rent for room 2 is €740,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet (photos 2-4). The rent for room 3 is €690,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet (photos 5-6). The rent for room 4 is €720,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet (photos 7-9). The rent for room 5 is €750,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet (photos 10-12). The deposit amounts to one month's rent. Note: it is not possible to apply for rental allowance for room rentals.

Availability and rental period: The rooms will be available from 01-04-2026. The rental agreement will be for an indefinite period.
