You enter the first floor via the porch stairs. Here you will find the shared facilities, including the kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies, which you share with three co-residents. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a combi oven/microwave, and a dishwasher. At the front of the property is the bathroom, equipped with a shower and sink. In addition, there is a separate toilet and a balcony. On the second floor, there are two rooms (room 2 and room 3). These rooms have an area of 10.99 m² and 9.59 m² respectively, and both have their own sink.

Rent and Deposit:
The basic rent for room 2 is €500 per month excluding an advance. The deposit is one month's rent. It is NOT possible to apply for housing benefit for room rentals.
