The rooms are located in the Rivierenbuurt in Groningen. In the immediate vicinity, you will find, among other things, a Plus supermarket. The center of Groningen is also reachable within about 10 minutes by bike.

Layout:
The rooms are spread over the first, second, and third floors.
Room 1 is located on the first floor, has an area of approximately 30 m², and features its own kitchen with a gas hob and extractor hood.
Room 2 is located on the second floor, has an area of approximately 22 m², and features its own kitchen with a gas hob, extractor hood, and refrigerator.
Room 3 is located on the third floor, has an area of approximately 18 m², and also features its own kitchen with a gas hob, extractor hood, and refrigerator. The shared bathroom is located on the second floor and is equipped with a shower and toilet. Additionally, the property has a shared balcony.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 is €800 per month, including an advance payment of €60 for gas, water, electricity, and internet (photos 2 to 6).
The rent for room 2 is €720 per month, including an advance payment of €60 for gas, water, electricity, and internet (photos 7 to 9).
The rent for room 3 is €670 per month, including an advance payment of €60 for gas, water, electricity, and internet (photos 10 to 12).
The security deposit is one month's rent.
Please note: It is not possible to apply for rent subsidy for room rentals.

Availability and rental period:
The rooms are available immediately. The rental agreement is entered into for a rental period of one year.
