The Zernike Campus is approximately a 10-minute bike ride away, and the University of Groningen is within walking distance.

Layout:
You enter the building through a shared entrance hall. The room is located on the second floor. The room has its own kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilets and laundry room are shared with the other residents per floor, and are cleaned weekly by a cleaning company. The complex has a shared bicycle storage, which is also shared with all residents.

Rent and deposit:
Kwinkenplein ******: €816.11 per month, including an advance payment of €185 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The deposit is two months' net rent.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-11-2026. The rental agreement is for a period of one year.
