You enter the shared hallway, which provides access to the communal kitchen, equipped with a range hood, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as to the approximately 22 m² living room and the toilet. The bedrooms are on the second floor. Room 3 is approximately 6 m². Finally, there is a bathroom of about 3 m², equipped with a shower and a sink.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 3 is €595 per month, including an advance of €75 for gas, water, and electricity. The deposit is one month’s rent. Rent allowances are not available for room rentals.

Availability and rental period:
The rooms are available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
