Upon entering, you come into the hallway, which provides access to all rooms and the common areas. The house features a spacious common living room, a kitchen that gives access to the balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and combi oven. There is also a large shed available.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 is €560,- per month excluding service costs. ( photo 12 to 13 )
The rent for room 2 is €529,- per month excluding service costs. ( photo 14 to 15 )
The rent for room 3 is €590,- per month excluding service costs. ( photo 16 to 17 )
The deposit is one month rent.
Note: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for room rentals. The tenants are responsible for signing contracts for the other utilities.
