The property is located in a cozy neighborhood in Groningen, but still offers a lot of convenience in the immediate vicinity. Various shops, supermarkets, and cozy restaurants are within cycling distance. The center of Groningen and the train station are quickly accessible by bike, allowing you to get to the center quickly or easily travel by train to other destinations.

Upon entering the property, you enter the hall, which provides access to all rooms. On the first floor are rooms 1 to 4.
