The Korreweg district is a lovely neighborhood, close to the Noorderplantsoen. A supermarket can be found just a stone's throw away. The center with all amenities, including shops and dining, is only a few minutes by bike.

Layout:
You enter the shared hallway, from which both the living room and the bathroom are accessible. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The living room provides access to the kitchen and also leads to the spacious balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The common areas are shared with two other residents. The room in question has an area of 11.12 m2.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €500, excluding per month. The security deposit amounts to one month’s rent.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available immediately. The rental agreement will be for an indefinite period.
