The rooms are located in the Oost-Indische Buurt. Within walking distance is the Floresplein, which houses an Albert Heijn supermarket among others. The center of Groningen can be reached by bicycle in about ten minutes.

Layout:
Upon entering, you enter the hallway from where you have access to the rooms and shared facilities, including the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. The building consists of a total of six rooms, and the common areas are currently shared with three female and one male housemate. The available rooms are located on the second floor, at the back of the building.

Rent:
The rent for room 4 is €634 per month, including an advance of €100 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV. (photos 2 to 4)
The rent for room 5 is €624 per month, including an advance of €100 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV. (photos 5 to 7)
The deposit is one month's rent.
Please note: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for room rentals.
