Given the composition of the group, we are looking for a female student.
General:
The apartment complex is located in the middle of the city center, diagonally across from the station. There is a bicycle storage in the basement of the building. It is a five-minute walk to the city center from the apartment complex.
Service costs include:
Energy, water, window cleaning outside (4x a year), cleaning of common areas (1x a week), caretaker, garden maintenance, maintenance of parking lot, depreciation of furnishings (PVC floor, interior painting, curtains, basic lighting), contribution to water softener costs, + internet and TV signal.
