As of March 1st, a room will become available in the student house at Vrouwenweg 52 in Leiden. It concerns Room 3 in a friendly house shared with fellow students.

The rent is €529.80 per month (excluding utilities) + €75 service costs. The deposit is a one-time payment of €1000.

The current residents will organize the viewings and handle the selection process themselves. During the viewing, we will show you the room and the house and take the time to get to know you to see if there is a good match.

A viewing may already take place this coming Sunday.

Vrouwenweg is located in a quiet and green area on the edge of Leiden. You are close to the Vlietlanden recreational area and several sports facilities. Supermarkets and shops are within short cycling distance, and within about 10 minutes by bike you can reach Leiden city center or the train station. The university and university of applied sciences are also easily accessible by bike or public transport. It’s a great combination of a peaceful environment while still having everything nearby.
