Nieuwkuijk is a village in Brabant, located a short distance from 's-Hertogenbosch; 9 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus, and 25 minutes by bike. In the nearby area, there are various shops and supermarkets (Vlijmen or Drunen).
Layout; Shared entrance/hall with stairs to the first floor and access to the shared living room, shared kitchen equipped with a stove and extractor hood, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. At the back is the tiled garden. From the driveway, you can reach an indoor bicycle shed and also enter the house. The room consists of a narrow room and a square room that are connected. Ideal for separating into a sleeping area and living area.

The housemates are currently two gentlemen and a lady. Age early 20s.
