LAYOUT
Entrance on the ground floor at Hamstraat side. There is a retail space on the ground floor. Also, at the back on the ground floor, there is a space to place bicycles, and a shared outdoor space has been created.

Via the staircase at the back, access to the 1st floor back house.

On this floor, two rooms have been created. The room in question is located at the back. This room overlooks the courtyard where bicycles can be parked. The room is equipped with a kitchen which includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooking plate, and a combination oven microwave. There is a beautiful PVC floor in the room, and it is also equipped with a roller blind, lighting, and a private toilet with sink and mirror.
