For rent: Room Bergweg in Rotterdam

Description

Student rooms at Bergweg, Rotterdam-Noord

Looking for a great student room in one of Rotterdam's most popular neighbourhoods? At Bergweg, no fewer than 11 brand new student rooms are becoming available, spread over 4 apartments. The building is currently being fully renovated to modern standards and is expected to be ready for move-in in early November 2026.

The rooms
Every room comes semi-furnished, with laminate flooring and wall finishing already in place. All you need to bring is your own furniture, and you can make it your own straight away.

The apartments
Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet, shared with your housemates in that apartment. This means you live together with a small group of fellow students, without sharing facilities with the whole building. Everything is new and fresh after the renovation.

The neighbourhood
Bergweg is located in Rotterdam-Noord, a lively area that is very popular with students and young people. Just around the corner you'll find cosy cafés, coffee bars and restaurants around Noordplein and Zwaanshals, and supermarkets for your daily shopping are close by. The city centre and Rotterdam Central Station are a short bike ride away, and public transport gets you quickly to the universities of applied sciences and Erasmus University. Need a break? Vroesenpark and the Noorderkanaal are nearby.

Photos
As the building is still under renovation, the photos are for impression only. They give a good idea of the quality and look of the final result.
