Each bedroom provides a comfortable, private space for relaxation or study, while the communal living room is perfect for social gatherings and shared meals. Additionally, the apartment boasts a spacious 60 m² garden and three balconies measuring 6, 11, and 7 m² respective.

The apartment has recently undergone extensive renovations. Improvements include one entirely new kitchen and one refurbished kitchen—both featuring brand-new appliances—a new bathroom in the basement, a renovated bathroom on the first floor, new flooring throughout, and freshly painted walls. Furthermore, the entire apartment has been upgraded to achieve energy label A, featuring excellent insulation and new installations that enhance energy efficiency. The room is offered unfurnished, allowing tenants to bring their own furnishings.
