For this former school building, Livable is looking for residents and entrepreneurs who enjoy adventurous living/working. You will live/work on a loan basis (anti-squat) in a classroom where you can furnish your own living and sleeping area. For the living spaces, you pay a loan fee of €330,- per month, including gas/water and electricity. Additionally, you will share the kitchen, toilet, and shower with another resident and various entrepreneurs.

Conditions
To be eligible for a living space through Livable, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old;
• Demonstrable stable income (salary, student finance);
• Insured for health costs and liability;
• Legally residing in the Netherlands and any residence permit must be valid for at least three more years;
• Be flexible, presentable, and have a sense of responsibility;
• Have sufficient command of the Dutch language;
• Do not have minor children living with you;*
• Do not have pets.
• Due to the temporary nature of the occupancy, we unfortunately cannot accommodate families with children.

Who are we looking for

For this project, we are looking for multiple candidates who will each have their own space that can be arranged as a living and sleeping room.
