The room has an area of approximately 10.56m2. The rooms are delivered unfurnished; all existing floors, window coverings, etc. can be used but will not be replaced by the landlord.

This cozy, characteristic student building is located in the popular Piushaven area. You can walk from the house straight to the harbor. The city center is also within walking distance. For daily groceries, the AaBe Fabrieksterrein is within walking distance. "De Ringbaan Oost" and "De Ringbaan Zuid" are the various exit roads to the highway towards Breda, Eindhoven, and Waalwijk, and the surrounding villages are easily accessible!

Contract form:
The rooms are rented under a target group rental agreement for students for a fixed term. A maximum rental period of 2 years is agreed upon.
