The room has an area of approximately 17.51m2. The rooms are delivered unfurnished; all existing floors, window coverings, etc. can be used but will not be replaced by the landlord.

This cozy, characteristic student building is located in the popular Piushaven area. You can walk directly from the house to the harbor. The city center is also within walking distance. For daily shopping, the AaBe factory site is within walking distance.
