AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 12 months. The rental contract is then automatically renewed for an indefinite period. You may then cancel with one calendar month's notice.

RENT & DEPOSIT
The rent does not include gas, water, electricity, furnishings, furniture, and municipal taxes. A monthly advance of €90 is charged for this.
The deposit is one month's gross rent and will be refunded once the rental space is returned to the landlord in at least the same condition.

HOUSING ALLOWANCE
This rental space does NOT meet the conditions for applying for housing allowance.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The room is 7m² and has spacious common areas. The beautiful complex features a large outdoor space.

The room is furnished and has a PVC floor and curtains. The shared living room is equipped with a luxury kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator and virtually everything you would expect from a kitchen. The living room and kitchen are +/- 40 m2 in size. And are shared with the other 4 residents on-site.

The complex has shared laundry rooms with washing machines. There is also a large utility room with a countertop and washer/dryer combination. On the ground floor and the second floor, there is a toilet; the bathroom is on the second floor as well. Also equipped with a lot of luxury - a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a towel radiator; you will find everything there.

The city center of Zwolle is reachable within a few minutes by bike. The station is about a 15-minute bike ride away. Entertainment venues such as Hedon and Pathé are nearby. The shopping center of AA-landen, with various shops, is also just a few minutes' walk away.
