The house is located a stone's throw from the station in the Assendorp district. This means you are within 5 minutes at the center or the supermarket.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The living space is available from March 1, 2021. The minimum rental period is 12 months, after which the rental contract continues for an indefinite period. The notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT
The rental price includes gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. The deposit will be returned when the accommodation is returned to the lessor in at least the same condition.

RENTAL ALLOWANCE
